The Shocking Truth About Cholesterol, Statins, and Heart Disease-Dr. Aseem Malhotra

Dr. Malhotra opens up about what drove him to speak out publicly, the myths around saturated fat, and what he’s never shared before — until now. This conversation challenges everything you think you know about heart disease, medical authority, and the role of industry in shaping health policy.
