English Hymn I-J

Jesus, we enthrone You
We proclaim You are King
Standing here, in the midst of us
We raise You up with our praise

And as we worship build Your throne
And as we worship build Your throne
And as we worship build Your throne
Come Lord Jesus and take Your place

1. Jesus, where’er your people meet,
there they behold your mercy seat;
where’er they seek you, you are found,
and ev’ry place is hallowed ground.

2. For you, within no walls confined,
are dwelling in the humble mind;
such ever bring you where they come,
and going, take you to their home.

3. Dear Shepherd of your chosen few,
your former mercies here renew;
here to our waiting hearts proclaim
the sweetness of your saving name.

4. Here may we prove the pow’r of pray’r
to strengthen faith and sweeten care,
to teach our faint desires to rise,
and bring all heav’n before our eyes.

5. Lord, we are few, but you are near;
nor short your arm, nor deaf your ear;
O rend the heav’ns, come quickly down,
and make a thousand hearts your own.

Joy to the World , the Lord is come! Let earth receive her King;
Let every heart prepare Him room, And Heaven and nature sing,
And Heaven and nature sing, And Heaven, and Heaven, and nature sing.

Joy to the World, the Savior reigns! Let men their songs employ;
While fields and floods, rocks, hills and plains Repeat the sounding joy,
Repeat the sounding joy, Repeat, repeat, the sounding joy.

No more let sins and sorrows grow, Nor thorns infest the ground;
He comes to make His blessings flow Far as the curse is found,
Far as the curse is found, Far as, far as, the curse is found.

He rules the world with truth and grace, And makes the nations prove
The glories of His righteousness, And wonders of His love,
And wonders of His love, And wonders, wonders, of His love.
